I am Federico Foderaro, an audio-visual Berlin based artist originally from Rome (IT), media technologist, programmer and Max/MSP teacher.
I graduated with the highest honours in Electronic Music and Multimedia Composition at the Conservatory “Licinio Refice” of Frosinone (Italy) in 2016, under the guidance of great teachers; developing during my studies fascination for audiovisual art and the link between art and technology, I went deeper into those topics.

I teach the Max/MSP software in workshops, private lessons and university courses (HGB Leipzig 2016, HDPK Berlin 2018), besides a collection of publicly available video and written tutorials that you can find on my website.
As an artist, I create audiovisual artworks by means of programming. My last work "Anthropocene" was awarded the jury prize of the "Anthropocene" contest organized by the Mutek festival. I've also collaborated with names such as Michael Comte, for which I created the sound design of his last installation "Light" at the MAXXI museum in Rome (2017).
As a professional, I work as a programmer with various artists and companies, collaborating to the creation of art pieces and commercial installations. My recent commissions include interactive installations developed for the Washington gallery "Artechouse" (2017), for Marlboro (2017), Fox Entertainment Group (2018) and Adidas (2018).
